Kö-Bogen II in nutshell
Kö-Bogen II provides attractive office, catering, and retail spaces in one of Düsseldorf’s prime locations. It also boasts Europe’s largest green façade, with a total of 8 kilometres of hornbeam hedges!
Sustainability played an important role in this construction project: “The energy supply for the 2.15 megawatt heating system is provided by a district heat transfer station, while the cooling output of 2.15 megawatts is produced by means of chillers”, says Ralf Thierling, Head of Large Projects at Caverion Germany.
