Caverion equips Sigmund Freud University campus with building systems in Vienna, Austria

Caverion has been awarded the contract to equip the buildings of the Sigmund Freud University (SFU), other university buildings and a hall of residence on the Messestraße campus in Vienna with heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation and instrumentation and control systems. The value of the contract is EUR 4.6 million.

From February 2014 until scheduled completion in June 2015 Caverion will fit out the three buildings. During that time, lecture theatres, function rooms, seminar, group and meeting rooms, living accommodation, libraries, offices and archives in the three buildings will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology and facilities. Including the hall of residence, which can accommodate around 150 students, the university buildings form a building complex with a total gross surface area in excess of 27,000 m².
