Caverion has secured a contract with the real estate developers Arcona and Veidekke Bygg Stockholm to install electricity, heating, sanitation, ventilation and air conditioning to the new education center, Technology for Health, at Huddinge Hospital in Stockholm, Sweden. The value of the contract is approximately EUR 6.8 million and it includes advisory services, project management and execution. The work on site is already underway and will be completed in May 2016.
The education center is owned by the real estate company TKV Fastighets AB and it will be used by the Royal Institute of Technology, Karolinska Institute and the Red Cross. A total surface area of over 20,000 m² includes classrooms, auditorium and laboratories.

TKV Fastighets AB is a company owned equally by SveaNor Fastighets AB and Hemsö AB.
