Caverion Suomi Oy reduces salaried staff

Caverion’s transformation towards a competitive and coherent service and project company in ongoing throughout the Group. Common operating models have been created, and the organisational structures  are also being reviewed based on them. During the autumn, Caverion Suomi, the subsidiary of Caverion Corporation in Finland, has held statutory employer-employee negotiations regarding restructuring of the company to ensure competitiveness and profitability in a changing market situation.  

The statutory negotiations concerned salaried employees and senior salaried employees. The outcome of the negotiations is that the need for reductions in personnel is, at a maximum, 44 salaried employees and 12 senior salaried employees. Salaried employees and senior salaried employees may also be temporarily laid off as necessary.

Caverion Group has approximately 17,300 employees. In Finland, there are a total of 4,750 employees in three companies (Caverion Corporation, Caverion Suomi Oy and Caverion Industria Oy).
