Caverion and AstraZeneca extend service agreement in Sweden

Caverion has signed a two-year extension of the service agreement with the global biopharmaceutical company AstraZeneca in Sweden. The extended contract includes technical maintenance, managed operations and advisory services at AstraZeneca’s research and production facilities in Mölndal and Södertälje in Sweden. It covers the technical disciplines of heating and sanitation, ventilation and air conditioning, cooling and electricity. The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the contract.

The current contract was signed in 2012. The extension starts in October 2015, and stretches into September 2017. The Mölndal and Södertälje facilities cover a total floor area of 835,000 m2, and 70 Caverion employees are working at the two facilities.
