Caverion has made a new Managed Services partnership agreement with the Swedish public property owner Locum. Caverion will be responsible for Managed Operations, including Technical Maintenance for seventeen hospitals and health care centers in Stockholm with a total floor area of 260,000 m2. The estimated value of the 5-year agreement is over EUR 10 million and it includes an option for additional three years. The agreement expands the current partnership between Locum and Caverion.
“Locum is content to have procured a contract which will provide high service availability at a competitive price level,” says Magnus Colling, Procurement Manager at Locum.
“We are very happy that one of our big clients has chosen to expand a successful and mutually beneficial partnership. I am convinced that our previous experience with managing properties in complex hospital environments will come to good use in this agreement and that we will continue to deliver high quality solutions,” says Thomas Lundin, Executive Vice President & CEO, Division Sweden of Caverion.
The agreement includes an overall responsibility of the property maintenance and covers the technical disciplines of Heating and Sanitation, Ventilation and Air conditioning, Cooling, Electricity, Security and Safety and Automation.
